We like to keep things simple and take the stress out of getting started on your new venture. Most of the time we can get started via phone or email, getting an insight into your business, your goals and the brand strategy to get there. We can organise a face-to-face meeting, online catch-up or phone consultation.

Depending on the project scope we will require some payment prior to getting started on any designs, this helps us cover the hours allocated to concept development. For projects up to $2,000+gst we will require a full one-time payment. Any totals above this amount will usually be divided into smaller deposit amounts throughout the project which will be detailed in our quotation.

We do certainly offer a refund process for extreme cases where we can’t reach a final result. If we continue to fail to adhere to the brief, have extreme delays in preparing design concepts or deliver a sub-standard finish then we will discuss your full refund with you for the project. Our refunds do not cover:

  • We have begun the project and used studio hours and the client decides to cancel the project
  • The client continually changes their mind on the direction of the project without reason
  • The project timeline extends over 6 month timeline with multiple revisions/communications
  • Hosting or domain name related invoices are non refundable
  • Printing invoices are non refundable, if there are issues with print quality a reprint will be organised

Don’t stress, this rarely happens but on the odd chance that none of the initial concepts are jumping out to you just let us know and we will get straight back to the drawing board free of charge. Sometimes to know what you love requires seeing exactly what you don’t!

Most of our design packages come with rounds of revisions included. Usually we can nail the design within 3 rounds of revisions but if there are continual adjustments needed or due to change of direction in the business there may be extra charges required to cover the additional scope outside the original briefing. We will advise all costings along the way so there are no surprises!

All of our design work is done for our clients, so it is 100% yours once paid for. We will supply all requested artwork files and also keep a copy handy incase you ever lose them.

Content is key when it comes to websites, so as much as you can supply us the better. This includes company overview/bio, an outline of the core services you would like to highlight, images of your works for the portfolio and the contact details for all of the lead/enquiry points. We do help with content along the way too if we feel we need more targeted information and keywords.

All of our websites are built on WordPress which is a free to use platform that requires no ongoing fees or software to use – simply login and start editing! We provide guidance on how to use the simple backend so you can add content, pages and images easily using the drag-n-drop visual builder. You won’t ever need to see a line of code and need minimal computer skills.

Before any print project we will supply you with a draft mockup which needs to be checked by you to ensure all spelling and information is correct. Once approval to print is received all responsibility becomes yours.

We are your team for all of your technical problems and bugs that may pop up along the way. We have vast experience and can diagnose and fix the issue fast. All of our sites come with a quality guarantee and we stand by it, if we built it we will fix it. Some maintenance issues that fall out of this coverage will be flagged once diagnosed and explained why charges may need to be applied.

Yes for sure, if you already have a printer organised we can tailor our packages to be design only and supply all of the high resolution artwork files setup ready for printing anywhere.
